PRE-SCHOOL

2016

The Very Blessed Children Preschool would like to thank everyone for a great year! The ministry to children and families would not be possible without your help and contributions. The program this year consists of a half day program for year olds on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and for 3 year olds on Tuesday and Thursday.

The Very Blessed Children Preschool, staffed by teacher Katie Davison, aide Faith Lafary and volunteer aide Cheryl Welch got off to a great start in August and has progressed through the year. The 4 year old class has 11 students and the 3 year old class 6.

This fall, our students visited Vogt Farm, rode a float in the Pumpkin Show parade, and took a tour of the Pumpkin Show. Our Christmas Program will be December 18 featuring Christmas tunes. The students also enjoy regular walks to Tyson Library for a story and to check out library books. Pastor Mike blesses us monthly with his age appropriate devotions. The students are learning to listen, follow directions, work and share with others, count and sound out words.

Our monthly fundraise through Gold Star Restaurant has been very successful. The preschool continues to be blessed by the support of Versailles Baptist Church. Many members have contributed time, money and services to help our students and teachers achieve success. We are grateful for the continued support.

Respectfully submitted,
VBC Preschool Teachers and Board
